The Warfield Theatre has been a San Francisco institution for over 100 years. Opened May 13, 1922, The Warfield was originally built as a vaudeville and movie palace and became a concert hall in 1979 with a two-week run of shows with Bob Dylan.
Now operated by Goldenvoice (creator of Coachella and Stagecoach festivals), the venue is keeping with its illustrious past.
Artists like Nirvana, John Prine, Faith No More, The Killers, Adele, ODESZA, Lizzo and H.E.R., have all graced the Warfield stage as well as charitable events for organizations like GLIDE Memorial Church and Tipping Point, and a myriad of corporate events.

San Francisco institutions for over 100 years, Golden Gate Theatre and Orpheum Theatre opened in the 1920’s as a vaudevilles houses and later major movie theaters.
Restored and reopened as performing arts venues in the 1970’s, the theaters are listed as Historic Places.
Golden Gate Theatre and the San Francisco Orpheum are owned by BroadwaySF which primarily presents Broadway shows such as Hamilton, Sweeney Todd, Stomp, Hairspray, Mamma Mia!, Chicago, Rent and Wicked.
